the breakfast and location were decent, but the dusty room and horrible water pressure ruined it for me—seriously? at a fancy hotel? I also expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles. at least that seems like a standard nowadays. i almost felt like writing a good review, but just couldn’t stand the lackluster service and cleanliness!

great service but dull room ambiance
The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Shareef, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The kite center provided top-notch service with professional staff like Khaled, enhancing our kite surfing experience. I particularly loved the private sea view from my room, making each morning feel like a personal retreat. The garden view was also a lovely addition, providing a serene atmosphere to relax in.
though the room felt a bit dark and needed more lighting.

Couples looking for a romantic escape
The staff was incredibly attentive, even remembered our preferences from day one, that's impressive. My wife and I were in our Junior Suite with a sea view, enjoying breakfast by the pool every morning, it was like living a dream!
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but I’d say it was worth it.

the location is amazing and the vibe is so chill. loved having breakfast by the pool, it was top notch. the semi-private pool was lit, waking up to the sea view every mornin was the best. the staff by the pool were super friendly and always ready to help. overall had a great time and definitely will come back!
but the room could use more light, it was kinda dark and the hairdryer was a pain to use. also, some things were forgotten during cleaning.

The atmosphere is quite laid-back, which made lounging by the picturesque semi-private pools enjoyable. The breakfast spread had a decent variety, catering well to different tastes and preferences, making each morning a pleasant start to the day.
Unfortunately, the experience was marred by some cleanliness issues, with dusty rooms and windows that could use a good scrub. The water pressure was an ongoing nuisance, leaving you feeling more like you're at a low-end motel when it should’ve been luxurious. I encountered an odd security routine at the entrance, which involved a lengthy verification process that felt unnecessary and frustrating. On one occasion, the cleaning crew entered my room even with a 'Do Not Disturb' sign displayed, which left me feeling quite uncomfortable. Given the price point, I was left wanting more in terms of overall quality and consistency for the stay.

I enjoyed a week with a beautiful view from my room. The beach was nice for a relaxing getaway. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made my stay more pleasant. One sunset, I sat on the terrace, watching the vibrant colors blend with the calm waters, something I appreciated as an environmental scientist who values nature.
A few cleanliness issues caught my attention. The hairdryer was hard to manage, and the occasional lapse in service during room cleaning was noticeable.
